Limited Two-Year Warranty on all Installations  (From Date of Installation)

This warranty extends only to products and workmanship sold or used in conjunction with Environmental Designers Irrigation, Inc. services. During such warranty period Environmental Designers Irrigation, Inc. will repair or replace, at its option, any part found to be defective. Environmental Designers Irrigation, Inc. liability is limited solely to the replacement or repair of defective parts. There are no other express or implied warranties. This warranty does not apply where equipment has been used in any manner contrary to manufacturer’s specifications and/or instructions, nor where the irrigation equipment and/or installation has been modified, altered, or repaired by any other person or company other than Environmental Designers Irrigation, Inc. This warranty excludes physical damage to any part of the irrigation system.

Environmental Designers Irrigation, Inc. is not liable for direct, incidental, or consequential damages in connection with the use of irrigation equipment including but not limited to: irrigation loss, the cost of substitute equipment or services required during periods of malfunction, resulting non-use, or property damage. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, which vary from state to state.
